I. The CNC tundish nozzle plate is a crucial component on the tundish during the continuous casting process.
It is manufactured by computer numerical control (CNC) technology and has nozzles installed on it, which are used to control parameters such as the flow rate, flow velocity, and flow direction of molten steel from the tundish to the mold.
II. Main Structures and Components Plate body:

Uniform distribution of molten steel: Ensure that the molten steel is evenly distributed within the mold, avoiding local overheating or uneven flow of molten steel. This can reduce defects in the cast slab, such as cracks and segregation. Prevention of molten steel oxidation and inclusion entrainment: A reasonably designed nozzle plate can minimize the contact of molten steel with air during the outflow process, thereby reducing the possibility of molten steel oxidation. At the same time, it can also reduce the chance of inclusions entering the mold and improve the purity of the cast slab.
