This chrome stuffing sand is developed through new production process and optimal formula of flow promoting agent and agglutinant inhibitor.
It improves the natural casting rate without any contamination to the molten steel. Meanwhile our nozzle fill sands have been developed to meet the needs of steel making facilities worldwide. Each blend is carefully designed to enhance the free flow of steel from the ladle regardless of steelmaking practices.

Product series include slide gate plate, ladle nozzle, collector nozzle, well block.

2. Purging Plug
SNREF's purging plug is characterized by high strength, good erosion resistance and corrosion resistance, high blowing rate and top safety. SNREF's purging plugs are widely used in continuous casting ladles and refining ladles.

3. Tundish Nozzle

4. Nozzle Filling Sand
Product series include chromite based formula and silica based formula.
Each blend is carefully designed to enhance the free flow of molten steel from ladle regardless of steelmaking pratices.
5. Refractory Castable
Raw Materials: Tabular Alumina, Tabular Alumina and Spinel, Alumina and Chromie Oxide, Alumina and chomic oxide, Steel fiber.
Application Area: Ladle Lining, Ladle Impact Plate, Filling Around of Seating Block, Casting EAF Roof etc.
6. Fire Clay for Slide Plate and Nozzle
Raw Materials: Fused magnesia with high purity and density, special grade alumina, corundum, supplemented with special binding agents and additives.
Advantage: High strength, good slag resistance, good erosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance.
7. Slide Gate Mechanism
Main composition: Foundation section, Fixed module section, Sliding module section, Switching module section.
Features:
-Framed elasticity compression structure.
-Door type with automatic surface pressure establishment.
-Pressure homogeneous transforming structure.
-Spring insulated structure.
-High strength and anti-high temperature materials.
-Elasticity elements are made of high temperature belleville spring and cylindrical helical springs.
