Product Description
Slide Gate Plate is a critical refractory component for steel continuous casting, installed at ladle bottoms. It controls molten steel flow by sliding upper/lower plates to regulate the channel opening, ensuring stable mold feeding and preventing defects/hazards from flow instability. Key specs: excellent resistance to 1500-1700°C steel/slag erosion, high strength against thermal shock/sliding forces, and superior wear resistance for repeated use. Vital for enhancing casting efficiency, quality, and safety.
