I. Main Usage Instructions
It is used at the tapping hole of an electric furnace and serves as a crucial component of the molten steel outflow channel.

The details are as follows:
1. Guiding the Flow of Molten Steel - It provides a dedicated channel for molten steel to flow from the inside of the electric furnace to the ladle, ensuring that the molten steel can flow out of the electric furnace along a predetermined route and angle. Its precise shape and position design can effectively control the flow direction of the molten steel, ensuring a smooth and orderly tapping process, preventing the molten steel from splashing, and enabling the molten steel to be accurately poured into the ladle.

2. High - temperature Resistance and Protection- It can withstand the high - temperature environment during the tapping of the electric furnace. Its main components have the characteristic of high refractoriness (for example, it contains refractory materials such as magnesia - carbon, chrome - corundum, etc.). Under the scouring and erosion of high - temperature molten steel, it effectively protects the furnace body structure around the tapping hole of the electric furnace, preventing the furnace body from being damaged due to long - term exposure to high - temperature molten steel, thus extending the service life of the electric furnace.
