Slide gate plate models include: 1QC, 2QC, 1BK, 2BK, C51, CS60/80, LS50/70/90, LG20 21 22 (VSV374 421 441)

1) High Temperature Burnt Slide Gate Plate and ladle nozzle system
High performance ladle slide gate plate refractories adopts tabular alumina, carbonaceous material and zirconia-containing material as main raw materials, adds in high performance antioxidants, uses phenolic resin as binder, formed under high-pressure and burned under high temperature. Mainly used in large and medium-sized ladles.
2) Low Temperature Burnt Slide Gate Plate and nozzle system
Tabular alumina, zirconia-containing material and spinel as major raw materials, adding in special metal, using phenolic resin as binder, being burned under low temperature to produce the products, Mainly used in small and medium-sized ladle.
3) Un-burned Slide Gate Plate and nozzle system
Without the process of burned, tar impregnated and distilled, simple processing. Mainly used in small and medium-sized ladle.

Adopting tabular corundum, fused alumina, fused alumina zirconia, zirconium mullite as raw materials, through the addition of moderate micro and fine metal powder, by reaction under high temperature, to increase the high temperature performance of plates. Through the adding of moderate boron carbide powder to increase the oxidation resistance of plates. The bonding agent is phenolic resin with high solid content and high carbon residue.
After forming, adopting advanced heating treatment technology, through impregnating, burning to form high performance slide plates. With features of good thermal stability, excellent erosion resistance, stable consistency in shape and size, mainly suitable for ladles over 180 tons or converter slagging slide gate systems.
