Product Description
Currently, our products Tundish nozzle ( metering tundish nozzle, non-swirling tundish nozzle, CNC nozzle, tundish nozzle plate etc ) have been used in many carbon burning furnaces, CFB boilers in power plant, cement rotary kilns, non-ferrous metal melting furnaces, blast furnaces, hot-blast furnaces, coking furnaces, steel ladles, glass melting kilns and other high temperature industries all over the world.
Tundish metering nozzle is used for tundish, and it has great performances of purifying liquid steel, prevent liquid steel oxidation, with good liquid steel washing resistance and erosion resistance.
Features of continuous casting / tundish double sizing nozzle:
high refractoriness, thermal shock performance, anti-erosion, erosion resistance, small diameter change, long service life and so on.

Optional solid ZrO2 type or composite Alumina sleeve+zirconia insert formulas offer clients more choice on achieving best cost performance ratio.
4. Nozzle Filling Sand
Product series include chromite based formula and silica based formula.
Each blend is carefully designed to enhance the free flow of molten steel from ladle regardless of steelmaking pratices.
5. Refractory Castable
Raw Materials: Tabular Alumina, Tabular Alumina and Spinel, Alumina and Chromie Oxide, Alumina and chomic oxide, Steel fiber.
Application Area: Ladle Lining, Ladle Impact Plate, Filling Around of Seating Block, Casting EAF Roof etc.
6. Fire Clay for Slide Plate and Nozzle
Raw Materials: Fused magnesia with high purity and density, special grade alumina, corundum, supplemented with special binding agents and additives.
Advantage: High strength, good slag resistance, good erosion resistance, good thermal shock resistance.
7. Slide Gate Mechanism
Main composition: Foundation section, Fixed module section, Sliding module section, Switching module section.
