Chromite Based Nozzle Filling Sand

Our Ladle stuffing sand is made of high quality imported chrome ore, refined quartz sand and high refractoriness material, with good fluidity, fast flow, proper sintered layer thickness, anti-erosion and infiltration of molten steel. 
Open casting ladle rate reach to 99%, etc. reducing the labor intensity, reducing oxygen drainage, improve the quality of steel products, to ensure the smooth casting process. 
This chrome stuffing sand is developed through new production process and optimal formula of flow promoting agent and agglutinant inhibitor.
It improves the natural casting rate without any contamination to the molten steel. Meanwhile our nozzle fill sands have been developed to meet the needs of steel making facilities worldwide. Each blend is carefully designed to enhance the free flow of steel from the ladle regardless of steelmaking practices.
This is achieved through custom blending which affords each customer a product specific to their manufacturing needs.
