With good fluidity, fast flow, proper sintered layer thickness, anti-erosion and infiltration of molten steel.
Artesian open casting ladle rate reaches 98%, etc. reducing the labor intensity, reducing oxygen drainage, improving the quality of steel products, to ensure the smooth casting process.
The NFC (Nozzle Filling Compound), includes silicon stuffing sand, forsterite stuffing sand, high alumina stuffing sand, and chrome stuffing sand, among which chrome stuffing sand has the most favorable effect in application.
Meanwhile, our nozzle-filling sands have been developed to meet the needs of steel making facilities worldwide. Each blend is carefully designed to enhance the free flow of steel from the ladle regardless of steelmaking practices.
